- Cancellation before policy activation: A 50% refund may be issued Depending on the reason for cancellation, the final decision is up to Dilnia Insurance.
- Cancellation after policy activation: No refunds will be provided.
- Transaction fees: Any applicable fees from the payment processor may be deducted.
